About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support to help them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. Your expertise and knowledge will empower our customers to make informed decisions about their healthcare, simplifying their experience and improving their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from members, addressing questions and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to resolve member issues on the first call, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to educate members about their coverage options, helping them make informed decisions about their healthcare.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, empathizing with members and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and security of member information.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military environment.
  • A verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • A reliable internet connection with approved speed requirements and a secure, distraction-free workspace.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field.
  • 6 months of work from home experience, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Healthcare certification, such as a Medical Assistant certification, which will be considered a plus.
