Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing inbound phone-based customer service, managing relationships with customers, and generating additional sales by up-selling and cross-selling. You will be the go-to person for customers, answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing expert service on Wondrium's products and policies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound phone-based customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage relationships with customers, generating additional sales by up-selling and cross-selling Wondrium's products and services
  • Communicate with customers regarding all aspects of purchasing, owning, and returning Wondrium's products, providing expert service and support
  • Simultaneously manage multiple computer applications and technology tools, efficiently navigating Windows (MS Office) programs like Outlook and Excel
  • Achieve detailed knowledge of Wondrium's products and policies, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide expert service to customers
  • Adapt to frequent changes in policy, product offerings, and Call Center operations, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree or higher
  • Two (2) years of in-bound, phone-based customer service and sales experience (strongly preferred)
  • Technical skills, including experience working with Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and accurately record information
  • Proven customer service skills, with a passion for providing top-notch, outstanding customer service
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a larger team, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a secure home office setup and reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools used in customer service
  • Knowledge of e-learning platforms and products, with a passion for education and lifelong learning

Requirements for Remote Work:

To work remotely, you will need:

  • A secure home office environment, free from background noise and distractions, conducive to phone-based customer service support
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection, with minimum upload/download speeds of 10 megabits per second
  • Schedule flexibility, with the ability to work the required hours, including weekends and holidays (as needed)

Training and Development:

We offer an in-depth, fully paid 2.5-week training program to all selected candidates, providing you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. The training schedule is 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday, and is designed to equip you with the expertise and confidence to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
