Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting, developing, and maintaining our present set of engine-specific and custom tools that we use every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our development technique across disciplines
• Maintain, extend, and aid present development tools
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines
• Grow our proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
• Collaborate with the team to generate candidate solutions and implement the selected solution
• Assist in the adoption of the solution by the team and provide training and support as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for empowering others to do their best work. You should have experience with the overall tool lifecycle, including coming across issues, comparing potential answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness. You should also have experience working with custom standalone tools and be capable of growing tools that can be utilized by many game development disciplines.

Technical Requirements

• Programming languages: C#, C++, Python
• Experience with game development engines and tools

Preferred Qualifications
