 - Investigating and resolving missing medication information, interpreting clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settling all data entry-related exceptions
 - Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders via phone, chat, and email, providing exceptional customer service and support
 - Resolving Third-Party Rejections by assessing, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
 - Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed
 
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare, business, or communications
 - Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse, and navigating between programs
 - Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search engine, and completing online forms
 - Intermediate level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM) and the ability to type by memory
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
 
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
While not required, the following preferred qualifications and experience will be highly valued:
- At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
 - At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certification/registration by state, as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency
 - Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
 - Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and the ability to type by memory
 - Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
