• Utilize Zoom and other platforms to facilitate communication and collaboration among participants.
• Manage game state, track progress, and keep scores up-to-date using our proprietary tools and spreadsheets.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging participant engagement and teamwork.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to any unexpected challenges that may arise during the event.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that participants have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For
