• Compensation: A competitive salary ranging from $25-$30 per hour

Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Stretching Experiences

As a Stretch Expert Mobility Specialist at StretchLab Fremont, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as leading guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients
• Encouraging and motivating clients throughout stretch sessions to achieve their goals
• Building StretchLab membership and retaining current clientele through sales and outreach to leads
• Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking client's weekly recurring appointments
• Ensuring the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Attending staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest developments
• Handling member concerns when applicable and providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
• Maintaining a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention
• Cleaning and maintaining all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Requirements: The Ideal Candidate

To succeed as a Stretch Expert Mobility Specialist at StretchLab Fremont, you should:

• Have a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, and a love for the boutique fitness environment
• Possess previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Have experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients
• Hold a fitness certification (e.g., personal training, yoga, Pilates)
• Be able to create a positive environment that welcomes all people and exudes empathy
• Have fantastic communication skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
• Demonstrate a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies
• Be available to complete our Nationally Accredited Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 4+ days of in-person/hands-on training
