Skills
• Active NMLS license (required)
• 1-2 years of mortgage loan origination experience
• Strong sales and negotiation skills

Responsibilities
• Originate and close loans, guiding borrowers through the entire loan process.
• Build strong relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners.
• Navigate the loan process effectively and structure deals with confidence.
• Stay informed on mortgage products, market trends, and compliance regulations.
• Generate new business by independently building your pipeline and expanding your book of business.
Qualifications
• Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans (preferred)
• Established referral network and book of business (preferred)
• Proficiency with loan origination systems (LOS) and CRM tools (preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent
