Client Success Specialist | Remote, Part-Time
Switchboard Hiring is interviewing for a Growth-Focused Client Success Specialist on behalf of our client, Agolix. This isn't your typical support role - we're looking for someone who naturally drives growth through exceptional client management and strategic thinking.
First round interviews will take place 9/10 - 9/19
Job Details
• Location: Remote (Open to US based candidates only)
• Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
• Compensation: $30-35/hr + Bonus
• Benefits: this is a long-term contract role (1099) and not benefit eligible
• Sponsorship: Sponsorship not available. Position only available to those within the US with legal authorization to work.
About This Role
As the Client Success Specialist you will:
• Drive customer retention and expansion - analyze customer metrics, identify growth opportunities, and work directly with clients and prospects to increase revenue and client satisfaction
• Manage client and prospect communications via multiple channels, leading with a consultative, solution oriented approach
• Conduct software demos and create customized assessments for new and existing clients
• Manage various admin/testing/processing duties as needed, working directly with the founders and operators of Agolix (Jen and Witt)
Who We Are Looking For
• Self-starter looking for a long-term, part-time opportunity with flexible hours (15-30 hours per week typically between 8am-5pm, ET).
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS customer facing role.
• You have a growth mindset and have experience in improving client outcomes.
• Natural consultative communicator who builds trust and uncovers customer needs with positivity and enthusiasm.
• Technical aptitude with software tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, Trello and Zoom (bonus for experience with WordPress, Canva, ActiveCampaign, Stripe).
• Bonus: experience with marketing automation tools and customer data analysis.
