**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with Omni Interactions, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You will work from the comfort of your own home, setting your own schedule and working at times that suit you best. You will be an independent contractor, working on a contractual basis with Omni Interactions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
* Use technology, including computer applications and software, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer care, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Keen attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
* Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools
* Experience working with diverse customer populations, including customers with disabilities
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
As an independent contractor with Omni Interactions, you will be paid on an hourly basis, with the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour. You will also have access to additional incentives, including bonuses and rewards, based on client and performance metrics. You will be responsible for your own benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and other benefits.
**Work Environment Requirements**
* Quiet, uninterrupted space, with a dedicated workspace for customer service work
* Organized desk area, with all necessary equipment and technology
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
