Job Summary

As a Customer Service Remote Agent with Nationwide Inbound Inc., you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and be part of a fun and supportive team. You'll manage large volumes of incoming calls, provide exceptional customer service, and work with a variety of industries. This is a part-time and seasonal position, ideal for college students looking to gain work experience and develop essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Schedule appointments for home repair companies
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

  • Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
  • Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
