Job Overview: Customer Service Representative - Streaming Services

As a Customer Service Representative - Streaming Services, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to customers of our streaming services client. You'll work in a remote environment, handling customer calls of varying types, and troubleshooting issues related to streaming services on various devices. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, have a basic understanding of streaming services, and enjoy animated films and TV shows, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, handling a high volume of calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming services on various devices, including phones, smart TVs, and more.
  • Build rapport with customers, understand their concerns, and provide personalized solutions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Utilize strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Multi-task and manage multiple applications simultaneously, maintaining high-speed response rates and outstanding call quality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service or contact center environment, with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Basic understanding of streaming services, including troubleshooting skills and experience with streaming on various devices.
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Technical support experience, either in a formal role or through personal experience.
  • Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with CRM applications, such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Familiarity with technical support tools and software, such as ticketing systems or knowledge bases.
  • Previous experience working in a remote environment, with a proven track record of productivity and success.
