Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our Customer Support Center, providing exceptional support to our patients and healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately entering patient orders and related medical information into our company software application, making timely updates and corrections, and effectively communicating with patients and healthcare professionals to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.

- Accurately entering patient orders and related medical information into our company software application
 - Making timely updates and corrections to patient orders
 - Effectively communicating with healthcare professionals and patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and dispatch corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization
 - Working closely with existing patients to build strong relationships and provide personalized support
 - Managing both inbound and outbound phone calls in a positive and professional manner
 - Reading and analyzing documents such as patient orders and carrying out oral and written instructions
 
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
 - Computer entry experience necessary, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our software application
 - Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills, with the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly
 - Time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment
 - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

To perform this role, you will need to have access to the following technology and equipment:
- High-speed internet with a minimum of 50 mbps download and 10 mbps upload
 - Ethernet port or adaptor, with the ability to be hardwired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) for PC or hard phone
 - Processor: 1.6 GHz or greater
 - Memory: Minimum of 4 GB RAM
 - Browser: Chrome, Edge
 - Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (No Chromebooks, No Mac's)
 - Dual monitors
 - Headset and webcam or internal camera: Wired, USB to be used during training and interviews
