Job Overview

As a Data Entry Clerk at Ola's Exotic African Coffee and Tea, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our database updates. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting and capturing data from various sources, liaising with employees and customers to gather information, and performing data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy. You will also be responsible for identifying and correcting errors, and bringing them to the attention of relevant parties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with employees and customers to collect information and resolve data discrepancies
  • Perform data entry tasks in EMR and other computer systems
  • Prepare information for data entry, including reviewing and verifying data prior to entry
  • Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including performing routine clerical tasks
  • Perform high-volume data entry work, including typing, faxing, and operating data entry devices
  • Delete data entry errors and enter corrections, maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques
  • Train new data entry employees on computer systems and data entry procedures
  • Ensure timely data entry and file management, including performing daily audits and data entry corrections

Essential Qualifications:
