 - Proactive Education: Educate callers on program benefits and provide accurate information about ServiceMaster programs and services.
 - Call Center Metrics and Quality: Meet or exceed established call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality levels.
 - Computer Tools and Documentation: Use computer tools to accurately process and document information, and maintain accurate records.
 - Effective Communication: Develop rapport with callers and adjust communication style as needed to provide exceptional customer service.
 - Issue Escalation: Escalate issues internally and follow up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
