About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Sports Medicine team in Billings, MT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge Stryker Endoscopy products, enabling people around the world to recover more quickly and efficiently from sports-related injuries. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Act as a sales lead, preparing and participating in leading sales pitches and demo meetings, as well as working with cross-divisional sales reps to create strategic goals and targets.
- Participate in trade shows, analyze market territory, manage inventory reports, negotiate prices and terms of transactions, and solve product problems for customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert, educating and informing doctors, nurses, and staff personnel about the use and maintenance of our products, as well as direct product evaluations in the Operating Room or office settings.
- Travel overnight 50% annually, visiting customers, attending trade shows, and participating in sales meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What We're Looking For

If you have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2-5 years of experience in outside sales, and a proven ability to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the medical field.
- Ability to drive an automobile and travel overnight 50% annually.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical sales, particularly in the sports medicine field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Strong knowledge of medical products, including Stryker Endoscopy products.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Experience with sales software and CRM systems.
