Job Summary

As a Restaurant Crew Member - Late Night Shift, you'll be an integral part of our team, working together to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome applicants with or without previous restaurant experience. We provide comprehensive paid training to ensure your success and offer competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking as needed
• Prepare and serve high-quality food, following proper safety procedures and guidelines
• Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, complete tasks, and ensure continuity of service
• Lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds, kneel, bend, twist, or stoop as needed
• Ascend or descend stairs, reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and at a fast pace
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Responsible and dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Authentic and genuine, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
