Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and Mentoring: Assist the head coach in developing and implementing cheerleading programs, practices, and competitions that promote skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Sideline Cheer: Lead and coordinate sideline cheer activities, including cheering at football games, pep rallies, and other school events.
- Practice Planning: Assist in planning and conducting practices, including developing practice plans, providing feedback, and evaluating athlete performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:
