Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced ABA Behavior Therapist - Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a Behavior Therapist, you'll be responsible for collecting behavior and skill acquisition data, conducting discrete trials, and implementing behavior support and treatment plans. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely, with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly rates. Plus, you'll have the chance to earn up to $4000 in bonus incentives over 12 months!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
 - Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, using standardized assessment tools and protocols
 - Conduct discrete trials, implementing behavior support and treatment plans as directed by a BCBA
 - Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
 - Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, providing exceptional customer service and support
 - Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work, adhering to Key Autism Services' values and standards
 - Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions, with all necessary materials and equipment

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology)
 - 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
 - 1 year of ABA experience, or 1-2 years of experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor
 - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification, or willingness to obtain
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using a Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plan with youth and families
 - Familiarity with ABA therapy and counseling programs
 - Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
