Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Recruiter, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full life cycle recruiting process for various roles within the tech industry, ensuring that the best candidates are identified and hired
  • Leveraging your tech industry knowledge and experience to drive decision-making, and providing expert advice to hiring managers
  • Conducting video interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles, and utilizing your knowledge of hiring processes and systems to improve recruitment outcomes
  • Maintaining strong consultative relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business needs, and providing regular updates on recruitment progress
  • Utilizing your knowledge of hiring processes and systems to improve recruitment outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience with various hiring processes, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their individual strengths and weaknesses
  • Proficiency in utilizing video technology for recruitment purposes, such as interviews or company presentations
  • Demonstrable experience managing offshore recruitment, with a focus on navigating the unique challenges this presents
  • Proven ability to manage the full life cycle of recruitment, from initial sourcing and screening to the final onboarding process
  • Familiarity with TRICARE health program, with a focus on understanding its implications for potential candidates in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with the NIS (National Insurance Scheme) and its relevance in the recruitment process within the healthcare sector

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of the sector and its recruitment challenges
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business, or a related discipline
  • Certification in recruitment or a related field, such as CPRW or CIR
  • Experience with recruitment software and systems, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
