Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team on a 12-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans, sourcing top talent, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Your day-to-day activities will include coordinating with hiring managers, conducting strategy calls, sourcing candidates, planning interview and selection procedures, and assessing candidate information. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
  • Conduct strategy calls and determine selection criteria to ensure the best fit for each role
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, including social platforms, professional networks, and sourcing platforms
  • Plan and participate in interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
  • Work with hiring managers to create impactful job descriptions and potential interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote our company's culture and values
  • Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, education partners, and business leaders to build a robust talent pipeline

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional or similar role, with a strong track record of success in recruitment and talent management
  • Adeptness with social media, resume databases, and professional networks, including Factory Fix and LinkedIn
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and their application in recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to sourcing and presentation skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations and the ability to tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
  • A 4-year degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field, with a strong foundation in recruitment and talent management principles

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Certification in recruitment or talent management, such as a Certified Recruiter (CR) or a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles and their application in recruitment
  • Familiarity with data analytics and their use in recruitment decision-making
