Job Overview
In this part-time, temporary, non-benefited position, you will work closely with our team to design, implement, and evaluate team-building initiatives, workshops, and assessments. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and sending assessments, tracking completion and results, providing technical support, and managing workshop logistics. You will also have the opportunity to work with various tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and WorkDay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, send, and monitor assessments and quizzes, such as DiSC, The Five Behaviors of a Team, Working Genius, Emotional Intelligence, Safety, and Authentic Self.
 - Track assessment completion and results to ensure timely feedback.
 - Assist employees with resolving issues like broken assessment links or login problems.
 - Provide quick and effective solutions to technical challenges related to assessments.
 - Schedule Team Building Workshops, ensuring all participants are informed with timely reminders.
 - Manage workshop follow-ups, including sending post-session feedback surveys and drafting detailed outcome reports.
 - Update and organize the SharePoint page to provide easy access to team resources and materials.
 - Maintain accurate employee DiSC style records in WorkDay.
 - Update and enhance slide decks to support presentations.
 - Create Certificates of Completion, design email signature icons and badges, and assist with session closeout processes.
 - Serve as a co-producer for virtual workshops and training sessions.
 
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a college student attending classes during the regular term (Fall, Spring, and Winter, if applicable) at one of the accredited colleges or universities on our affiliation list.
 - Be enrolled in at least six-semester units or nine quarter units for undergraduate students; four-semester units or six quarter units for graduate students.
 - Have a declared major that matches the majors listed in the job posting, including Business Administration, Communication Studies, Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Information System, Education, Liberal Studies, Media Communications, and Organization Communication.
 - Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
 - Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 - Possess strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and team members professionally and effectively.
 - Be able to troubleshoot issues, especially related to technology, such as broken links or login difficulties.
 - Be committed to maintaining accuracy in tasks such as updating records, tracking assessments, and preparing reports.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Familiarity with SharePoint and WorkDay.
