Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, addressing product purchases, service and quality inquiries, order status, product information, and general client support issues.
  • Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring that client interactions are positive and professional.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain open communication with Team Leads, Quality Advocates, and Managers to ensure seamless support and personal development.
  • Accurately document client interactions in the proprietary call center database (CSC).
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and deadlines, demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality goals as set by management.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with customers across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with clear diction, tone, and proper grammar.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality support under high-volume conditions.
  • Ability to multitask, reading, typing, and navigating applications while speaking to customers.
  • Computer literacy and internet savviness, with experience in e-commerce and online shopping preferred.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools.
  • Data entry skills with a minimum speed of 45-55 wpm.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evening shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in live chat and call center environments.
  • Knowledge of beauty and cosmetics industry.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
