Job Description:

We are looking for a Temporary Associate Director, Client Services to join a team of energetic, passionate Digital Marketers and help transform the way in which we buy and integrate Digital Media for our clients. We need a Paid Social strategy expert with a deep understanding of how paid platforms work, the timelines involved and the ability to present and communicate this information to our clients and stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing 6-8 business units for one of our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Oversight:

You will:

  • Be responsible for assigned digital media budgets for several business units, flawless execution of buys and recommended optimizations to improve campaign KPIs.
  • Analyze daily campaign performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure paid social campaigns across multiple business units are implemented accurately, on time, follow best-practices, and are in alignment with client expectations and business goals.
  • Review and validate campaign recommendations before client presentation, ensuring they are actionable, data-informed, and aligned with client goals.

Strategy:

Drive the development, preparation and implementation of media strategies and corresponding measurement, optimization, and reporting, collaborating with Planning and Analytics teams on all plans.

You will:

  • Provide competitive analysis, marketplace analysis, and creation of POVs while measuring and communicating the business impact of the results.
  • Manage partner relationships (Agency partners, vendors, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Planning and Analytics teams to ensure media strategies are well-informed, measurable, and effectively implemented.
  • Guide teams in interpreting client briefs, asking the right questions to clarify campaign goals and ensure strategic alignment.

Leadership:

Manage Operational Success of Accounts - Establish a clear strategic vision; work to ensure proper staffing and manage resource allocations, and adhere to timetables for deliverables.

You will:

  • Serve as Paid Social media subject matter expert in internal and client-facing conversations
  • Present recommendations and performance reports to and interface with day to day and senior level clients
  • Proactively identify and escalate campaign or operational issues to senior leadership, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to performance.

Qualifications:

  • 6 or more years of experience in customer facing roles within client services, team, digital analytics or digital marketing – ideally in a consultancy and/or large agency environment.
  • Paid Social expert with a strong understanding of how each paid platform works and the ability to effectively communicate accurate timetables for deliverables.
  • Outstanding client services skills including relationship building, managing, cross team and agency relationships, strategic planning, account planning, & forecasting.
  • In-depth experience with Meta and shopping/retail.
  • Experience managing profitable budgets, meeting deadlines, and managing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or related field.
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Information:

The hourly pay range for this position is $32.69-$53.07. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
