Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Service Advocate to join our Operations team in a work-from-home role. As a Service Advocate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers by providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our Government healthcare members to promote and educate them on the benefits and services available to them under their Government healthcare plan.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional service and support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Working closely with our Government healthcare members to promote and educate them on the benefits and services available to them under their Government healthcare plan.
  • Conducting inbound and outbound calls to customers who may benefit from assigned services, including medical services, screenings, vaccinations, or medication refills.
  • Capturing and documenting customer interactions, including successful resolution of issues and identification of areas for improvement.
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, including addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including clinical staff and suppliers, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Utilizing CRM tools to track customer interactions, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
  • Staying up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide informed and expert guidance to customers.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, and to stay current on industry developments and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting, with direct communication with customers and/or healthcare providers.
  • Experience working with HEDIS screening measures and conduct change initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and other software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Four-year degree or equivalent.
  • Clinical certification (e.g., CNA, LPN, RN) is highly desirable but not required.

Education and Accreditation Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
