About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at HelpBulb, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to customers across various channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer support tickets of all tiers for our e-commerce clients, providing solutions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Engage with customers through multiple channels, including email, phone, Instagram, live chat, and more.
  • Utilize client platforms, such as Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, to manage and respond to customer inquiries (training provided).
  • Maintain attention to detail and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with customer concerns, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks as required by clients.
  • Collaborate with the HelpBulb team to ensure seamless communication and support.
