Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. You'll be responsible for accurately entering claims information into our management systems, following up on missing information, reviewing invoices, and compiling reports. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field.
