We're offering three exciting job opportunities for remote customer service representatives:

  • Tax Customer Care Representative - Remote: In this role, you'll handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service through active listening, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Remote: As a healthcare customer service representative, you'll engage with customers through various channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Remote Automotive Sales & Service Representative: In this role, you'll engage with customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to resolve customer inquiries, attempt to de-escalate issues calmly, and upsell when necessary.

Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative with Teleperformance, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries with precision and empathy
  • Providing exceptional customer service through active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Working with confidential information sensitively

Qualifications
