About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistics Architect to lead the transformation and innovation of our end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of customer experience across our Consumer, Business, and Service Provider segments. This role involves working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts, and agile teams to design, develop, and implement robust data architectures that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging your expertise in Voice of the Customer methodologies and data architecture.
  • Design and build robust data model architectures to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
  • Provide guidance on enhancing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem.
  • Drive customer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
  • Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end methodology.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in development on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages, with a strong understanding of data-driven tasks.
  • Active collaboration with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy:

  • Experience working in a financial services or related industry.
  • Knowledge of customer experience and VOC methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics survey platform and Cornerstone large data platform.
