Job Overview: Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients and members to resolve their concerns, answer questions, and provide personalized support. You'll work closely with our Enrollment Advisors to ensure seamless benefits enrollment processes and foster strong relationships with our clients.
