What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your strengths, you’ll focus on one (or a mix) of the following areas:
Sales Development (SDR Focus)
- Identify, research, and reach out to qualified leads via email, LinkedIn, or calls
- Manage outbound pipelines, follow-up cadences, and CRM hygiene
- Set up discovery calls or hand off warm leads to Account Executives
- Collaborate with marketing on lead gen campaigns and outreach content
Data Analysis (Analyst Focus)
- Build and maintain reports to track sales performance and outreach success
- Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign impact
- Clean, organize, and interpret data from tools like HubSpot, Google Sheets, Excel, or Looker Studio
- Help create dashboards that guide sales and marketing strategies
✅ Who You Are
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or data analysis
- Strong communication skills and confident in cold outreach or reporting insights
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, Excel, or Notion
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple priorities
- Bonus: Experience in B2B sales, growth marketing, or data visualization
