  What You'll Be Doing
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Manage complex calendar across multiple business ventures and commitments
 - Handle email management: drafting, organizing, prioritizing, and responding appropriately
 - Track deadlines, reminders, and action items across various projects
 - Create and maintain organizational systems to enhance productivity
 - Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and accommodations
 
Sales & Outreach Support
- Execute cold outreach campaigns via email and phone using provided scripts and targeting parameters
 - Track outreach progress, log responses, and manage systematic follow-ups
 - Generate and qualify warm leads for closing
 - Maintain prospect pipelines using CRM tools and tracking systems
 - Research potential clients and prepare briefings for sales conversations
 
Technical & AI Operations
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) for research, content drafting, and automation
 - Create simple scripts and workflows for lead tracking and management
 - Learn and implement new tools and processes quickly
 - Support business planning and opportunity identification across ventures
