As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives that drive engagement, growth, and impact within a specialized educational market. You will develop and implement campaigns across multiple channels, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and identify opportunities for expansion. Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop, coordinate, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for educational initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Plan and manage campaigns through email, social media, web, and other channels, tracking engagement and ROI.
- Write clear, compelling copy for digital and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Coordinate conferences, webinars, and in-person events, including promotional materials, lead capture, and follow-up.
- Analyze market research and customer data to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, customer engagement, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, editorial, design, and sales to ensure alignment and consistency across all initiatives.
- Mentor interns or entry-level team members, supporting skill development and workflow optimization.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally in education, publishing, or ministry-related fields.
- Proven copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to branded voice and tone.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and strategic marketing principles.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and analytics tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively to achieve complex goals.
