About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Recruitment and Sourcing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Recruitment team, you'll be responsible for driving our talent acquisition efforts, identifying top talent, and building strong relationships with our management and team members. Key Responsibilities
- Review applications and identify best talents as per requirements: You'll be responsible for reviewing resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify top candidates who meet our requirements.
- Coordinate various rounds of assessments & interviews: You'll work closely with our management team to coordinate multiple rounds of assessments and interviews to ensure that we're finding the best fit for our open positions.
- Sourcing from different channels and screening resumes and applications: You'll be responsible for sourcing top talent from various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, and screening resumes and applications to identify the best candidates.
- Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates: You'll work closely with our management team and other team members to ensure that everyone is informed about the status of our recruitment efforts.
- Any other responsibilities delegated: As a key member of our Recruitment team, you'll be expected to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support our talent acquisition efforts.
Experience and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- At least 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition: You'll need to have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, including experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset: You'll need to be able to analyze data and metrics to inform your recruitment strategies and be process-oriented in your approach to talent acquisition.
- Attention to detail and relentless follow-up: You'll need to be able to pay close attention to detail and follow up with candidates and management to ensure that our recruitment efforts are on track.
- Ability to prioritize work: You'll need to be able to prioritize your work and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal English: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with our management team and other team members.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with experience in a start-up environment and in-house recruitment. If you have experience with recruitment software, such as Workday or BambooHR, that's a plus!
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $400 USD per month, plus a night shift allowance of $40 USD per month. We also offer comprehensive health insurance and mental health benefits to support your well-being.
Location and Timings
We're a remote-friendly organization, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home. Our working hours are 2 PM - 11 PM IST, and we're open to discussing flexible arrangements to suit your needs.
