Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers' experience is exceptional. You will work with a creative team to guarantee that our clients' stuff and freight arrive safely and on time, driving a positive client experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Securely lift, load, dump, and transport luggage, mail, and freight to and from aircraft, ensuring on-time connections and directing incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions.
  • Defend freight, luggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
  • Operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas.
  • Repeatedly lift and load luggage onto trucks, ensuring each package reaches its destination.
  • Utilize scanners and computers to guarantee accurate routing of items and freight to passengers' destinations.
  • Practice safety-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and procedure.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to frequently lift packages or items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to occasionally lift packages or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Familiarity with aviation industry operations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
