Job Overview

In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in facilitating the smooth operation of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and quality standards are maintained. As a Creative Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our project teams to execute, coordinate, track, and measure projects, providing general administrative support and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and schedule the intake of new work, ensuring timely initiation of projects and setting the stage for success.
  • Monitor and initiate the annual review of Marketing assets, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency across all materials.
  • Maintain a communications calendar to facilitate effective coordination and ensure all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Provide general administrative support to project teams, including setting up projects, schedules, and folders based on requirements, and notifying team members to initiate work.
  • Review and prepare various Agency activity reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making, helping to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Support annual audit activities, including initial asset vetting, and ensure proper handling of confidential data to safeguard against unauthorized access or disclosure.
  • Tag and organize marketing assets for easy accessibility, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Review and update team process documentation, ensuring that our processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Perform quality control reviews and maintenance of communications calendar, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Monitor team inbox, respond to inquiries, or route them appropriately, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Follow established workflows for operational communications, ensuring consistency and efficiency in all our interactions.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or project management.
