Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall administrative support to the Cruise Director, their Direct Reports, and the Entertainment department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
• Review and distribute guest satisfaction comment forms, capturing and analyzing feedback to help drive continuous improvement
• Support the Entertainment department with crew schedules, contract changes, transfer requests, travel requests, and other administrative tasks
• Partner with shore-side teams to prepare, distribute, and collect relevant crew documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Organize and schedule meetings for the Cruise Director and Entertainment department, maintaining accurate calendars and records
• Prepare meeting paperwork and meeting minutes, ensuring effective communication and follow-up
• Capture and send daily reports, show reports, and voyage reports, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders
• Maintain departmental files and records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
• Assist with special projects and events, such as VIP guest requests and "magical moments" initiatives
• Represent the Entertainment department professionally, demonstrating Disney Cruise Line's core values and service excellence standards

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 2 years' professional experience in an administrative role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, crew, and shore-side teams
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Smart Sheets
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous experience working onboard a cruise ship or in the entertainment industry
