Key Responsibilities

• Instruct Parent/Child Classes for children aged 4 months - 3 years old, creating a fun and engaging experience that fosters bonding and development.
• Teach gymnastics, dance, and sports classes for children aged 3 to 12 years old, using our proven curriculum and teaching method to help them develop new skills and build confidence.
• Host Birthday parties and conduct gymnastics/sports-based camps and parent survival nights, providing an unforgettable experience for kids and their families.
• Track business indicators, including enrollments, introductory visits, and dropped students, to help drive the success of our center.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating our members like family and ensuring they have a positive experience with The Little Gym.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics, with a passion for working with children and helping them develop new skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with kids, parents, and colleagues alike.
• A positive and energetic attitude, with a willingness to be a "goofball" and have fun while working with children.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances, while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience working in a gymnastics or sports-related environment, particularly with children.
• A teaching or coaching certification, such as gymnastics or sports coaching.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
