I was an IT engineer in the past right now business owner in hotel industry, over the years I developed it a software which has been used by my own hotels for a few years I would like to find someone to partner with to market it to all hotels.

An ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development. This role requires an individual who can effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales growth through both B2B and direct sales strategies while leveraging technology and CRM software to enhance customer relationships.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation.
• Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Participate in territory management to maximize market coverage and effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales is preferred.
• Strong skills in account management, territory management, and direct sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to conduct product demos effectively and engage clients through persuasive communication.
• Experience in lead generation techniques and analysis skills for informed decision-making.
• Background in retail sales or marketing is advantageous but not required.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
