Remote Information Entry Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Information Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter, verify, and update data into internal systems with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity by reviewing, correcting, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Organize and manage digital files, documents, and records.
• Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to clarify information and resolve issues.
• Prepare reports and summaries based on collected data.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support business operations as needed.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk, information clerk, or administrative assistant.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace.
• Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) with high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
Work Environment
• 100% remote (must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace).
• Flexible schedule may be available depending on employer.

Salary & Benefits (U.S. averages)
• Hourly Pay: $15 – $22
• Annual Salary: $32,000 – $46,000
