**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare
* 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
* Proven track record of success in building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability
* Strong understanding of the clinical trials industry, including trends and best practices
* Familiarity with sales automation software and Microsoft Office programs
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Graduate degree or MBA
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
