Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote pharmacy operations and patient care coordination role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies and driving patient well-being results. You will execute patient intervention pharmacy programs and ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services. Key Responsibilities
- Carries out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.
- Drives the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met.
- Drives consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; monitoring and evaluating results; and implementing changes.
- Guarantees region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines.
- Drives local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business systems to organizational financial objectives.
- Carries out and executes patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance.
- Supports efforts to improve patient experience by focusing on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
- Provides expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership.
- Supports staff training experiences and career advancement opportunities.
- Advances collaboration and inspires pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organizational strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Conducts data and clinical audits and makes vital decisions to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications.
- Reviews patient records and profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment.
- Provides individualized patient/physician discussion.
- Through the use of exceptional interpersonal skills, wins the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy issues.
- Provides feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual consultations.
- Responsible for all inquiries, discussions, and provides which relate directly to patient treatment.
- Provides clinical advice and information to patients, physicians, and payers as necessary.
- Performs other work consistent with the job duties in this record as assigned by management.
- Observes rules and procedures for all job duties to meet objectives.
- Complies with organizational policies and procedures, including all HIPAA rules/guidelines.
- Guarantees compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
Essential Capabilities
- Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority.
- Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues.
- Experience working with confidential information.
- Able to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates.
- Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues is necessary.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
- Able to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Capabilities
- Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary.
- Knowledge of insurance plans.
- Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Rhapsody, Commitment, and Plus.
- Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets).
- Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and modifying text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show).
- Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities).
