As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key areas:- Developing and implementing a technology brand strategy, leveraging powerful channels and content specific to Generation Z that contribute to team engagement and a positive lifestyle across all pillars of Generation Z.
- Liaising with Communications to ensure connectivity and consistency within the Generation Z Communications Plan and throughout all collaborative efforts that help activate the technology brand.
- Working with the Vice President of Method and Transformation and HR to steer a technology culture through records, knowledgeable human beings, applications, and strategies that enable an amazing worker experience constructed upon inclusion and reputation, delegating to broader corporation applications wherein they exist.
- Maintaining consistency of Generation Z brand and implementation for occasions throughout the agency (e.g., hackathons, brown bags, or lunch and learn boards, Generation Z conferences, and so forth).
- Building and managing the Engagement Crew composed of voluntary team individuals inside the company and overseeing the method and activities that may consist of:

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:- Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in modern communications, brand, and/or lifestyle and engagement, or high school or GED and at least 3 years of experience in progressive communications, brand, and/or lifestyle and engagement experience.
- At least 4 years of experience managing revolutionary communications, brand, and/or lifestyle and engagement experience.
- At least 4 years of experience leading and handling the paintings of a group, consisting of main through influence or COE version.
- Experience in improvement and implementation of strategic tasks and programs aligned to business desires.
- Experience in offering shape and steering to steer, expand, and inspire groups in engaging in goals.
