Experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Technician – Patient-Centric Retail and Remote Data Entry Specialist

Your duties will include: * Assisting pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including the performance of other pharmacy branch responsibilities according to employer policies and procedures * Using pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions * Modeling and providing a unique and delightful customer experience * Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and providing assistance with services and products * Resolving customer issues and answering inquiries to ensure a superb customer experience * Developing strong relationships with most valuable customers * Performing duties as assigned by the Pharmacy manager, personnel Pharmacist, and store supervisor, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug records, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy * Assisting pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow * Reporting prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhering to company rules and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the quality improvement program * Strictly adhering to the Walgreen Co.
