About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Part-time Data Entry Associate to partner with our clinical teams to ensure high-quality and meticulous transfer of high-volume data within our patient care platforms. Reporting to one of our clinical leaders, this role will be responsible for daily entry of high-priority data that allows our clinicians to more effectively and efficiently interact with patients within our care portals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields accurately, translating as appropriate for language specifications.
  • Collect, compile, sort, and verify the data's accuracy or completeness before it is entered.
  • Perform data integrity tasks by locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors.
  • Upload virtual documents.
  • File any virtual documents in appropriate locations or distribute them as needed.
  • Provide data lists, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Create or modify databases according to the needs of the clinical team.
  • Provide direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork.
  • Communicate with clinical staff to maintain high-priority data entry deadlines.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:

  • 1 year of experience in a high-volume data entry role.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Computer literate with experience working across multiple platforms (Smartsheets, GoogleSuite, Excel).
  • Ability to work 20 hours weekly across a variety of tasks and timelines.
  • Expert time-management skills with the ability to effectively keep other team members updated with priorities and needs to meet specific deadlines.
  • A meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work with both speed and accuracy.
