A Day in the Life of a Data Entry Specialist
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our order management process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Processing orders and verifying pricing and availability.
 - Typing accurately, preparing, and maintaining order documents and records.
 - Communicating with vendors to ensure orders are allocated promptly and correctly.
 - Obtaining shipping quotes, preparing shipping instructions (BOLs), and scheduling pick-up for ready orders.
 - Reconciling open and closed orders in a timely manner.
 - Researching, tracking, and restoring documentation when problems or discrepancies arise, including lost orders and production delays.
 - Informing management and compiling reports/summaries on activity areas.
 - Functioning in accordance with established standards and procedures.
 
Key Responsibilities

 - USB Headset.
 - Internet Speed at least 25MBPS or higher.
