Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly review incoming requests from diverse sources, such as email, facsimile, chat, and mail, to discern the writer's intent for processing.
  • Proficiently process a wide range of routine and complex customer responses through letters and emails, while consistently meeting or exceeding departmental standards for productivity and quality.
  • Meticulously review transactions for precision and accuracy, recognizing the paramount importance of accuracy in this role.
  • Collaborate with clients over chat/inbound/outbound calls to resolve complex and non-complex issues promptly and effectively.
  • Engage in chat, fax, and email correspondence with clients.
  • Actively liaise with other departments to resolve issues and address inquiries.
  • Actively participate in cross-training initiatives across various departments to broaden your knowledge and skill set.

Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and typing, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans and account details.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet established deadlines.
  • Proficiency in research, analytical thinking, and problem resolution.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
