Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Client Education and Support: Educate clients on HSBC's digital services, including online banking and mobile banking, to empower them to manage their finances effectively.
  • Fraud Prevention and Awareness: Raise awareness about fraud prevention and identify potential scams to protect clients' financial well-being.

  • Previous Client Service Experience: Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Digital Literacy: Familiarity with digital banking platforms, online services, and mobile banking apps.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting principles.
