We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the HCLS industry to lead our Google Cloud sales efforts. As a Solutions Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for HCLS cloud solutions, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
 - Foster a growing community within the HCLS area, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination between clients, partners, and Google teams.
 - Lead program development and management, ensuring the successful execution of sales Big Bets drives related to HCLS cloud solutions.
 - Conduct business play analysis and strategic forecasting to identify and capitalize on opportunities for driving business growth in the HCLS market.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop inspiring programs and plans that enhance internal engagement and create organizational energy at scale.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- At least 4 years of sales experience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry.
 - Background in Direct Sales, Marketing, Technical Sales, Business Development, or Channel Sales related to technology solutions (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and managed services).
 - Technical experience interpreting innovative ideas into business suggestions.
 - Experience creating go-to-market strategies for sales operations.
 - Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including qualifying potential opportunities.
