Job Overview
This exciting opportunity is based in Superior, WI, at our office located in the Mariner Mall. While initial training will take place in-person, remote work options are available after the training period, contingent upon performance. To be eligible for remote work, candidates must reside in either Minnesota or Wisconsin. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system, identifying document types, reviewing and verifying data for quality, and ensuring the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
 - Identify document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
 - Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
 - Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential, following HIPAA standards and guidelines.
 - Professionally interact with other staff members as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
 - Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
 - Work until all tasks are completed for the day, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Ability to type 50 words per minute and have 10-key experience, with strong data entry skills.
