- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Leaders and partners across the organization to ensure seamless delivery of customer needs, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build Brand Loyalty and Revenue: Develop a deep understanding of RH product offerings, processes, and systems to provide expert guidance and support, driving sales growth and customer retention.

- Qualify and Educate Customers: Identify potential design customers and educate them on the services offered by RH Interior Design, providing expert guidance and support to enhance their experience.

Essential Qualifications
- 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience: A background in customer service, preferably in high-end furniture and luxury retail, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Poise and Confidence: The ability to interact with high-end customers while maintaining confidentiality, poise, and professionalism.
- People and Relationship-Driven: A passion for building and maintaining relationships, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Driven to Deliver First-Class Service: A commitment to exceeding customer expectations, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
- Exceptional Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.

- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a high level of clarity and professionalism.
